Churmuri is a street snack made of puffed rice and an assortment of spices, vegetables and edible oil. There are many variants of this snack. And here's how you can make tomato churmuri.

INGREDIENTS
- Onion, finely chopped - 1/2 nos
- Tomato, finely chopped - 1 nos
- Carrot, grated - 1 nos
- Coriander leaves, finely chopped - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1tsp
- Home made sambhar powder(Optional) - 1/2 tsp(You can find the recipe for Sambhar powder here)
- Edible sunflower oil - 3tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- Puffed rice - 1 bowl
INSTRUCTIONS
- Take a kadai and add all ingredients except the puffed rice.
- Give it a good mix.
- Now simply add the puffed rice and mix it well.
Tada! Tasty tomato churmuri is ready to be served.
